The TKT Group, together with its leading companies TECNOVO and KONER, is delighted to present many news at the major trade fairs “Wire China 2026” (21–24 September, TKT stand: E1 A15) and “Wire India 2026” (30 November – 2 December).
These participations form part of the Group’s multi-year programme for the development and expansion of its product portfolio, which is increasingly reaching international markets.
Below are some key new additions to the Group’s range that will be presented during these trade fairs:

• New high-performance Tecnovo dry lubricants, developed to meet the technical requirements of customers seeking to increase the productivity of their production lines
• Updates to the formulations of Tecnovo’s “green” wet lubricants, thanks to new additives that improve wet drawing in terms of lubrication and drawing performance
• Installation at the Koner plant of a new automatic hydraulic press, with a pressing force of 120 tonnes for the stamping of hard metal products up to an external diameter of 120 mm
• Commissioning of a new 5-axis CNC machine for the production of steel and carbide tools
• Production of all the types of drawing dies and custom-designed components, featuring sophisticated zero-porosity micro-grains and significantly higher compactness and hardness values, whilst maintaining the already high standards of toughness
• A wide range of round and shaped dies, available in tungsten carbide or with a diamond coating (nanodies) to significantly increase work-life
• The latest innovations in the field of measuring instruments:
  • D-LAB L, the world’s most widely used instrument for measuring the diameter and ovality of drawing dies, now suitable for a wider range of diameters and sizes of steel die casings
  • HWS.3, the first and only portable optical micrometre for in-line, non-contact measurement of wire diameter during the wire and cable drawing process
  • MECLAB, a high-performance benchtop laser micrometre for off-line measurement of electrode coating and its eccentricity relative to the wire
  • WIRELINE.XY, a laser measurement system specifically designed for in-line monitoring of the diameter and ovality of steel and copper wires during the drawing process
• New K.80 machines for polishing drawing dies and K.14 machines for grinding the internal geometry of the dies
• A new range of butt welder machines, which are efficient, easy to use and ideal for welding all types of steel wire and other materials
• Specialised and professional regrinding services for tungsten carbide and polycrystalline diamond dies
• High-performance wiping pads featuring specific coatings and internal and external lubrication treatments, supplied for all types of applications and to meet any customer requirement
• Wire and wire-rod spiral brushes that guarantee a long work-life and are available in various sizes, types and materials
• Innovative and integrated solutions, both chemical and mechanical, for cleaning wire and wire rod, including the brand-new SPA cleaning machine!
• New version of Koner wire-pulling dogs, practical, economical and ergonomic
